The 2024 MILLSUMMIT

The region's one-of-a-kind event, the MILLSUMMIT gathers hundreds of professionals of all ages and backgrounds in Wilmington, Delaware. The Mill Summit includes compelling panels and events on a variety of subjects, including leadership, entrepreneurship, personal and professional development, nonprofit and community service, the arts, finance, and beyond. 

The Mill Summit is the largest hybrid young professional-focused leadership & professional development conferences of its kind in the country! Some of the Key 2024 MILLSUMMIT achievements include:

  • National media recognition

  • 350+ Unique Attendees over the 1-day conference

  • 64% of attendees were under the age of 39 (52% between 25-39)

  • 36 Speakers from across the US

  • 75% diversity of speakers, including women and persons of color

  • 82% of attendees self-reported as being from Delaware. Attendees hailed from 14 different states including DC
