At Spur Impact, we believe that investing in emerging leaders creates a ripple effect that strengthens individuals, organizations, and communities. Through hands-on internships, university partnerships, and opportunities like our DoMore24 UD Social Media Ambassador (SMA) Program, we connect students and emerging professionals with meaningful experiences that extend beyond the classroom.

From developing professional skills and building confidence to working directly with nonprofit leaders and contributing to real-world projects, our emerging leadership opportunities have been empowering individuals to grow while making a difference in the communities around them for 8 years! By investing in the next generation of talent, we're helping create stronger nonprofit organizations, more connected communities, and future leaders prepared to make an impact.
