Spur Impact Leadership Summit, formerly known as the MILLSUMMIT, is Spur Impact’s annual leadership and professional development conference.
For the past nine years, this conference has been a growing forum used to empower and connect leaders and professionals across all ages and demographics, helping them make a bigger impact in their careers and in our communities. The Summit is the largest hybrid young professional-focused leadership & professional development conferences of its kind in the country!
