We aim to engage emerging professionals as they advance their leadership qualities through the Spur Impact Leadership Summit Conference and Community.
We encourage connections for Delaware-serving nonprofits through initiatives such as Delaware Gives and DoMore24Delaware.
We provide avenues for organizations’ development through the Spur Leaders Network.
