Meghan Erdman joined the Spur Impact Board in 2019, a Delaware nonprofit whose mission is to connect and inspire young professionals to make an impact in their career and community. She moved to Delaware in 2009 after joining Public Allies and working at the Brandywine Zoo. Today, Meghan works at Capital One as an Operations Leader and previously served as Chief of Staff for the Bank Contact Center developing a strategic community volunteer “give back” plan. She is an active member of the company’s Business Resource Groups and a variety of community initiatives.
Meghan, a 2009 graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, has a B.A. in International Studies and a certificate in Latin American Studies. She has studied abroad in Brazil, China and Venezuela with a focus on business, political science and education.
Meghan has spent the past 15 year volunteering as a Discussion Leader at the Pennsylvania Association of Student Council (PASC) Summer Workshops and teaches high school student leaders about group dynamics and team building.
She lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and enjoys traveling, reading and exercising.
