Kyle Evans Gay is an attorney at the law firm of Connolly Gallagher LLP in Wilmington, DE. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and government law. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Gay served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul R. Wallace in the Delaware Superior Court and worked at the Delaware Department of Justice as a Deputy Attorney General in the Appeals Division. She is active in several legal organizations, including the Delaware State Bar Association, where she has led both the Young Lawyers Section and the Woman and the Law Section. She serves on the Supreme Court Commission on Law and Technology and volunteers with the Office of the Child Advocate and the Federal Civil Panel.
Kyle is also a dedicated community volunteer and is active in many boards, commissions, and organizations. She serves on the board of Spur Impact, a Delaware-based nonprofit formed in 2018, whose mission is focused on connecting young professionals and inspiring them to get involved and make an impact in their communities. She is a member of the board of the Junior League of Wilmington, Delaware and volunteers with the Delaware Fund for Women. In 2018, she was appointed by Governor Carney as a Commissioner on Delaware’s Public Integrity Commission.
Kyle earned a A.B. from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island and her J.D. from Boston University Law School. She lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and daughter.
