Phi Kappa Psi Foundation
Adam is the Senior Director of Development for the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation. His focus is to help set the strategic vision for the organization and to engage alumni and donors in meaningful ways that allow them to contribute to the growth and development of undergraduates and young alumni.
Adam graduated from The George Washington University, and has grown his career in several large, national nonprofits including the American Cancer Society, Freedom Alliance and The Salvation Army. While with The Salvation Army for Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, he led his team to raise over $5 million in his last year as the Director of Major Gifts. Adam has contributed articles about nonprofit leadership and engagement to Planned Giving Today magazine and is a chapter author for the 2018 Giving USA Report of Philanthropy.
Adam is pursuing his Masters in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy where he was inducted into the Nu Lambda Mu Honor Society. He has helped found two Delaware nonprofits – the Hero-Hunts Foundation, which supports veterans and their families and Spur Impact, which provides professional development, and philanthropic opportunities for young professionals. He is an enthusiastic husband, father and volunteer at his children’s schools.
